"In 2012, I obtained my Minnesota Real Estate License and immediately found myself captivated by the industry. Two years later, in 2014, my husband Kraig and I grew weary of the harsh Minnesota winters, prompting us to rent a townhouse in the sunny city of Ft. Myers, Florida. Our experience was nothing short of delightful, leading us to make the decision to purchase a villa in Ft. Myers in 2015. By 2016, we had firmly established Florida as our primary residence.
Motivated by my passion for real estate, I dedicated myself to further education and successfully obtained my Florida Real Estate license. In January 2017, I proudly joined the esteemed team at Jones & Co Realty. Continuing my professional development, I completed a comprehensive five-year training program in the fall of 2018, earning the prestigious GRI designation (Graduate of Realtor Institute). Additionally, I have also achieved the RSPS designation (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist).
I am currently living my dream job, assisting buyers, sellers, and investors in both the beautiful states of Florida and Minnesota. It truly is the perfect blend of two worlds.
